This partnership marks a significant expansion of Icon Systems’ influence within the Greek Flour Industry, showcasing its commitment to delivering tailored solutions that cater to the unique requirements of each product and project.

Drawing on our expertise, we conducted a thorough evaluation of Papafili Mills’ existing line and strategically decided to replace the vacuum bag gripper with a mechanical alternative. The results speak for themselves – significantly improved speed, precision, and pallet shape.”

In addition to this transformative change, Icon Systems took on the responsibility of replacing and reprogramming the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) of the palletizing line. This comprehensive system includes various components such as a belt conveyor for flour bag transportation, a KUKA robotic arm, roller conveyors for bags and pallets, an empty pallet dispenser, a vertical lift chain conveyor system for seamless pallet transfer, and a bag flattener.
